What Are Oddo’s Core Values? The Second- Empower

Oddo Development prides our company on six core values.

 

One of the strongest values within these six are “Empower”. The impact this value holds runs true within Oddo’s dedication and support to all persons.

Empower (or empowerment) can create an environment that gives residents, co-workers, or even oneself confidence in their decisions and task.

 

Everyday at Oddo people find a way to empower one another to increase the completion of overcoming obstacles and gaining knowledge.

In addition to this, those on the receiving end can continue passing on this feeling of determination and encourage others in their achievements,  overall creating a chain effect.

 

 

 

Emphasizing “Empower”.

Empowerment is not only showcased from management, but also from those in the community as well.

Encouragement from positive reviews and compliments empower Oddo to continue their dedication to their residents and prospects.

This confidence helps those in corporate better accommodate our team members services and how they can learn the postivies or negatives of a property.

 

One of the voices wihtin Oddo we wanted to ask is from one of our maintenance crew members! We asked him what “Empower” means within his technical side of Oddo. He had this to say,
