Rick Oddo is second generation of the family business and serves as CEO of ODDO.
Rick is a graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Engineering, Construction Science and a graduate of the Executive MBA program from the Harvard Business School. He is actively involved in the construction management of both commercial and residential development within the company and is a licensed real estate broker in Kansas and Missouri. He is an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and serves as President of the Heartland Apartment Association of Kansas City.
Rick has been the recipient of several owner and developer awards in the Kansas City community. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, snow skiing and tennis in his free time.
Sandra Needle joined the team at ODDO in 2018 as Controller. Sandra is responsible for all accounting practices for the organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, treasury/cash management, taxes, and financial analysis. Sandra graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Finance and Accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Kansas and Missouri. Sandra worked in public accounting after graduation, providing audit and tax services for construction, property management, and other privately held companies then switched to working as a controller in the construction industry. Sandra has over 25 years of working with small to medium size companies assisting them with the challenges of a constantly changing business environment. When away from work , Sandra and her husband like to spend time with family and friends and care for their family and pets.
Tamara is a seasoned Regional Manager and brings over 25 years of expertise to the ODDO team. Tamara has consistently demonstrated her ability to drive operational excellence and enhance resident satisfaction across the portfolio. Tamara’s leadership is characterized by her hands-on approach and her commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment.
Tamara holds her CAM and LEAD Certifications from the National Apartment Association and is actively involved in the Apartment Association of Kansas City.
Beyond her professional achievements, she cherishes time spent with her family and thrives on exploring new destinations through travel.
Courtney Oddo is third generation of the family business and serves as Development Manager of ODDO. Courtney received a Bachler’s degree in Strategic Management with an emphasis in Real Estate, and an Executive MBA from UMKC. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in Kansas and Missouri.
Courtney is actively involved with the development, commercial account management, and sales of the commercial portfolio. She is actively involved with Young Presidents’ Organization – Next Generation (YNG) acting as City Leader of the Kansas City Chapter. Courtney enjoys spending her free time with her daughter, traveling, snow skiing, and practicing yoga.
Andrea Daniels has been a cornerstone of our team’s spirit and success for over a decade. Her blend of knowledge, enthusiasm, professionalism, and an unfaltering eagerness to grow has enriched our workspace. Her advocacy for our team members goes beyond the professional sphere – she champions their personal growth and well-being. Andrea holds CAM and LEAD certifications through AAKC. Andrea is also certified in Adult Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. Andrea’s influence has been a catalyst for creating an environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered. Outside of her career Andrea enjoys traveling, hiking in the mountains, spending time with her dogs and cats and binging her latest podcast obsession.
With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Mike Gourd brings exceptional leadership and expertise to his role as a Superintendent at ODDO. Mike’s comprehensive knowledge in multifamily and residential projects ensures that every build meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. His commitment to excellence and his ability to manage complex construction schedules make him a vital asset to our team. When he’s not overseeing projects, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the great outdoors.
