I have worked for Oddo Property Management for over six years. I enjoy working for Oddo because it is a stable company with a supportive work environment and a positive culture. Oddo has built beautiful communities and staffed them with engaging teams. I enjoy working with my peers to support our communities and ensure that quality for all our residents.

I started leasing almost 5 years ago, I had previously been working in the service industry for 11 years. I was super burnt out, and just unhappy. When I applied with Oddo, I knew nothing about the industry. Over the years I have grown not only professionally, but also personally. I have found a career that I love and am passionate about! I have met amazing people and learned so much! It’s also nice that my mom works for the company too.

“I have worked for Oddo Development for over 10 years and my experience with them has been great. Very family oriented, they care about their employees, and your opinions are valued and appreciated. They want the best for their employees and want them to achieve themselves. Oddo builds their properties from the ground up and does not sell, which is rare. Honest and loyal company that I will work with for many years to come.”
